tips for Amazing photos of your property
Before photographs are taken of your property, it's a good idea to do the following in preparation for your photo shoot:
- Remove any cars from the driveway.
- Store any bins out of shot.
- Clear the driveway of any debris or mess.
- Clean windows and window frames, as well as the front door.
- Pressure wash the driveway, especially if there are visible oil stains.
- Mow the lawn and pull the weeds out.
- Start decluttering. You'll be moving anyway, so why not start packing now?
- Clear out the bathroom. Bathrooms are a real selling point, and a little effort here can go a long way.
- Tidy kitchen and living areas.
- Check the lights are not blown and are all working.
- Prepare the exterior by washing it down and getting rid of any cobwebs.
- Consider staging, some companies let you hire furniture etc.
